  • Young Minds School Anxiety Information This website provides information and tips to support your child if they are struggling with emotionally based school anxiety or separation anxiety which is creating a reluctance to attend school. Young Minds also offer a free Parents Helpline Monday to Friday where you can get confidential advice about a child or young person's mental health.

  • What's Normal? Standing in the Gap, a child mental health charity, have produced a series of videos to help parents identify what normal emotional development is for children, as well as when to get help and what shouldn't be ignore.

  • Coventry and Warwickshire MIND Coventry and Warwickshire Mind is a local mental health charity linked to Mind, the national mental health charity in England and Wales. Coventry and Warwickshire MIND offer a range of mental health support services for adults and children and young people.

  • Mind Ed MindEd is a free educational resource on children, young people, adults and older people's mental health.

  • Kooth Kooth provides free, anonymous, and confidential support for young people and adults. It provides a range of services, including live chats with trained counsellors, peer-support forums, mood trackers and self-help tools.

  • Child Bereavement UK Child Bereavement UK is a UK-based charity that supports families and professionals when a baby or child of any age dies or is grieving the loss of a loved one.
