Equality Objectives 

1. To ensure that our curriculum reflects our diverse community; particularly our wider curriculum of art, music and history.

2. To develop children's knowledge and understanding of their own religion and culture and the similarities and differences in religions and cultures different to their own, as well as recognising that some people don't have a religion 

3. To close gaps in attainment; particularly between girls and boys, pupils with SEND and no SEND and pupils who are eligible for Pupil Premium funding and pupils who aren't in all areas of the curriculum 

4. To monitor and promote the involvement of all groups of students in the extra-curricular life of the school, including leadership opportunities, especially students with special educational needs.
