Child Protection and Safeguarding
Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, parents and volunteers to share this commitment.
If you have a concern about a child please contact one of our Designated Safeguarding Leads.
Our Designated Safeguarding Lead is Mrs Mabberley, our Headteacher. Our deputy designated safeguarding leads are Miss Gutteridge, Miss Minihan, Mrs Williams and Mrs Alexander. Our link governor for safeguarding is Shirin Patel our Chair of Governors. Please speak to one of us if you have any concerns about a child's safety.

PREVENT
PREVENT is the Government strategy for protecting children and communities from the threat of extremism and radicalisation. All of our staff and Governing body receive regular training and updates to ensure we are safeguarding our children. Below is some further guidance about PREVENT.
Our Online Safety Leaders are Mrs Mabberley and Miss Brown. If you have any concerns or questions about how to keep children safe online, please don't hesitate to ask.
